Jeff Sessions And Biblical Immigration Policy

The media hysteria over child separations at the US-Mexico border is completely absurd. When criminals are arrested their children are routinely put into protective services. I have never heard the mainstream media complain about this practice before, showing that the rabid concern over this common procedure is completely fabricated.

As the media floats every possible objection to Trump’s simple commitment to enforcing existing immigration laws, it is to be expected that some antichrist reporter will make the “Jesus wouldn’t separate families” argument. These pagans in the media who hate God and his Word often make the completely unfounded suggestion that Jesus was in total agreement with current year liberal beliefs. Sadly, conservative Christians often fail to make full use of the sword of Spirit when responding to these easily refutable objections. I believe this is partly due to the fact that mainstream conservatives are in many ways just as afraid of what the Bible actually says as their liberal opponents.

When responding to the charge that such family separations are unchristian, Jeff Sessions unfortunately appealed to Romans 13, apparently endorsing the statist interpretation of that passage. The Bible makes it clear that when the state commands us to do something contrary to God’s law, we are to obey God and not man (Acts 5:29). Therefore Romans 13 cannot mean that we are to obey the immoral commands of government. By appealing to Romans 13 Sessions is either saying that separating children from criminal parents is moral, or he is saying that even when human laws contradict God’s will we should still obey them. If Sessions holds to the former position, then he should simply make the case for the morality of family separations in these circumstances. Unfortunately, however, it would seem that Sessions holds to the latter, that the Bible commands us to obey even those laws that contradict the law of God. This is the default position of most conservative Christians, as is evidenced by the fact that even those ostensibly pro-life Christians who are in positions of authority are not doing anything to stop the murder of the unborn. Jeff Sessions is the chief law enforcement officer in the nation, and yet he is not using that authority to shut down the slaughterhouses of the unborn because of the nonsensical and unbiblical “law or the land” established by Roe v. Wade.

What is even more disgusting is that Jeff Sessions is now being harassed by his fellow Methodists with demands that his church formally discipline him for simply enforcing the current immigration laws. Apparently these dissatisfied Methodists disagree with Sessions in the interpretation of Romans 13, and they believe that the attorney general should deliberately violate laws deemed to be immoral. This is disgusting because we never see this kind of pressure from the church for Christian magistrates to violate laws allowing the murder of children or the open practice of sodomy, when murder and sodomy are clearly condemned by God’s law, while God’s law does not establish the right of detained criminals to take their children to jail. In the eyes of most churches, violating the standards of cultural Marxism is now a much greater offense than violating the clear teaching of Scripture.

Sessions has also defended the broader Trumpian approach to immigration by making reference to the fact that having borders and immigration laws is the historical norm and is also endorsed by the Bible. While this is undoubtedly true, Sessions fails to make the critical point that the historical and Biblical norm is for immigration and citizenship laws to be connected to race and ethnicity. Biblical immigration law clearly discriminates against immigrants on the basis of race.

As long as Christians continue to shy away from the whole teaching of the Bible, they will be defenseless against the enemy. Ephesians 6:17 exhorts us to use “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” Throughout this chapter St. Paul emphasizes that God wants us to use all of the resources God has given us to combat evil, “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil”(Ephesians 6:11), “take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand”(Ephesians 6:13), “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints”(Ephesians 6:18). When we stand firmly on the entire Biblical moral teaching, then we will be able to withstand the satanic darts of the antichrist globalists.

If one visits American churches today they will see grand mothers and great grand mothers and fathers with their adopted babies deploring the system also. Where are mommy and daddy ? The ‘re in prison or liberated from traditional responsibility through Jewish divorce racket. Does not the tender media share their outrage and sadness ? No , they do not. They have caused it and gloat in self praise.

Jeff Sessions is another Trump appointed establishment man , who like all things honest they perform very clumsily with the disingenuous attitude , which all guvmint is known. Why must they use Bible and notorious Roman 13 , which is always taken out of context?! Should one refer them better with malice to Thessalonians written by the same ? Never thought this church- state violence to law good but when state is Satan and the church another concubine maybe divorce is lesser evil.
